To study time cycle of each unit processes is to reduce time cycle and for that it is necessary to monitor parameters like pH, Temperature, Volume, Stirring efficiency (fluidity), Quality of RMs, use of proper and improved analytical methods to control reactions like HPLC etc along with, it is sometimes re-investigate actual time cycle required in each step and standardize the process again. Finally, to change mindset of retro production people by taken each steps by self
